TERMS: 
We ship open account, net 15 days to schools, colleges, hospitals and government agencies. Other entities are subject to credit approval or can be paid by credit card or check accompanied order.

INSPECTION/RETURN POLICY:
**NOTICE** Please count and
inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Notify the driver immediately of damages or shortages. Note damages on all delivery receipts of freight bills and sign only for packages delivered. Notify Moffitt Company IMMEDIATELY at 1-888-262-0329. Please make copies of damage or shortages noted on freight bills and fax to customer service at 1-800-262-7618. Failure to properly inspect, count or immediately notify us of damages can limit or eliminate our ability to file a claim and compensate you for damaged merchandise.

PRICING: 
Prices may be changed without notice. Pricing from previous years catalog will be updated to reflect current prices without notice. Please confirm current pricing before placing orders. Please include freight, if freight is not included, freight charges will be determined by catalog chart and added to invoice.

SHIPPING:
In stock items are normally shipped within 48 hours. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and are subject to production delays. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for arrival before calling to check on orders.

RETURNS:
 All returns must be approved in advance by Moffitt Company. You will be given return authorization number. This number should be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package(s). All items should be returned in the original shipping cartons. Damage resulting from
improperly packaged items will result in loss of credit.

WARRANTIES:
All merchandise is sold with manufacturers' warranty only. No other warranty or guarantee either express or implied is made.

RESTOCKING FEE:
Merchandise that is not initially defective and accepted for returns is subject to a 15% restocking fee. This includes duplicate orders. Please insure that faxed or mailed conformations of phone orders
are clearly marked "confirmation only".
